The Bengaluru office is a key component of our strategy, serving as an important global hub. Team members work in research, portfolio implementation, and trading teams, designing and implementing proprietary systems and tools that drive the firm's quantitative strategy research and implementation.
Your Role: Strategic Talent Acquisition Manager
We seek a talented and broad-skilled HR professional to join our team as a Strategic Talent Acquisition Manager. This exciting start-up opportunity focuses on talent acquisition, but also allows you to contribute across the full spectrum of Human Resources.
Key Areas of Focus:
Lateral Hire Recruiting
- Develop and implement a sourcing methodology utilizing multiple channels to identify top talent in the market.
Talent Sourcing Strategy
- Decrease the firm's dependency on external recruiting agencies and focus on executing the firm's lateral hire sourcing strategy.
- Leverage the firm's extensive network and create a brand in the local market to build a pipeline of potential candidates.
- Closing open roles in a time-bound manner.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Responsible for campus hiring along with lateral hiring mandates.
- Develop a big-picture understanding of our business and how talent drives our success.
- Maintain a database for future research and analysis on potential candidates.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and business stakeholders.
- Open to running other HR initiatives/projects beyond recruitment.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- 6-10 years of experience in lateral hiring skillsets.
- Engineering recruitment experience in the financial services domain is a must.
- Full-time MBA or equivalent degree in a business-related field from a top-tier B-School.
- Strong analytical and Excel skills.
- Comfortable working in a high-demand, intellectual environment.
- Good judgment, common sense, and self-awareness, ability to learn quickly, and adapt to rapid changes.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and keep clients informed throughout a search.
- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written form.
- Thoughtful, reflective, professional, organized, and willing to defend one's viewpoint.
- Ability to take direction and collaborate on achieving success.
- Drive, motivation, and desire to build a best-in-class recruiting function.
Salary Range: ₹12,00,000 - ₹25,00,000 per annum
