Job Title: Strategic Operations Director - Talent Acquisition

About the Role

This is a critical position within our Recruiting Engine Team, where you will play a pivotal role in driving excellence and innovation in talent acquisition.

We are seeking an exceptional leader to oversee all aspects of operations for our Recruiting Services team in Hyderabad, as part of our global HR shared services organization.

As Strategic Operations Director - Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic team of managers to achieve operational excellence through coaching, mentoring, and employee engagement.

You will own and deliver the operational budget for the functional area, including productivity, financial planning, and labor forecasting.

The successful candidate will drive continuous improvement projects to optimize operations, improve productivity, and meet/exceed business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic planning (3-12 months) including labor planning, rate forecasting, and peak season planning;
  • Driving continuous improvement projects to optimize operations and improve productivity;
  • Mentoring and developing leaders and staff;
  • Participating in interviews to identify and evaluate associates and internal/external candidates for promotion and hire;
  • Partnering with stakeholders to build and secure support and resources for projects and initiatives;

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of contact center operations management experience with progressively increased responsibility;
  • Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership;
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements;

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of leading large complex programs experience;
  • Knowledge of compensation/total rewards, talent management, performance management, compliance, and organization design and development;
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and initiatives;

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per annum (estimated), depending on qualifications and experience.
