Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership: Develop and execute strategies to drive team performance and growth.
  • P&L: Manage the business operations' financials, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Operations: Drive continuous operational improvements, optimizing resource allocation and improving efficiency.
  • Team Management: Manage high-performance teams, improve organizational efficiencies, and build scalable business processes.
  • Strategy: Lead cross-functional strategic planning activities to plan budgets, expansion plans, and operational plans.
  • Client Satisfaction: Ensure client satisfaction by establishing strong relationships and becoming the 'Voice of the Customer.'
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 12-15 years of experience in a similar management role.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Sr. OM role managing a Sales team of 150+ people or more.
  • Experience in managing multiple client projects and hands-on experience managing P&L, development, and execution of the overall business strategy.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
