Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished Operations Director - Strategic Growth Leader to spearhead our company's ongoing operations and procedures. As a key member of our senior management team, you will report directly to the Managing Director (MD) and establish policies that promote our company culture and vision through its operations.

The goal of this position is to secure the functionality of business to drive extensive and sustainable growth. Our ideal candidate has proven experience as COO or relevant role in real estate Industry, with a deep understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, Marketing, Legal, Purchase, etc.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Operational Management:
  • Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance, HR, Legal, Purchase, CRM, etc.).
  • Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication.
  • Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
  • Implement operational best practices and continuously improve processes.
  • Ensure that the company's operational processes remain legally compliant.
Strategic Planning:
  • Design and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures.
  • Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth.
  • Establish policies that promote company culture and vision.
  • Collaborate with the MD in setting and driving organizational vision, operational strategy, and hiring needs.
  • Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth, implementing organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operating planning.
Financial Management:
  • Manage relationships with partners/vendors.
  • Oversee the company's financial performance, investments, and other business ventures.
  • Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities.
  • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and within budget constraints.
  • Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to improve profitability.
Leadership:
  • Act as a key member of the executive team, contributing to the overall strategy and direction of the company.
  • Provide leadership and management to ensure that the mission and core values of the company are put into practice.
  • Develop and implement a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Foster a success-oriented, accountable environment within the company.
  • Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growth.
Compliance and Risk Management:
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and laws governing business operations.
  • Identify and manage risks to the business.
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential threats.
  • Ensure that the company's operations adhere to legal guidelines and in-house policies.
CUSTOMER AND STAKEHOLDER RELATIONS:
  • Maintain and build trusted relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance its reputation and business opportunities.
Qualifications

Our ideal candidate has:

  • Proven experience as COO or relevant role in real estate Industry.
  • Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing, Legal, Purchase, etc.
  • Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development.
  • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics.
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills.
  • Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
