Role Overview:

  • We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Talent Acquisition Leader to manage full-cycle recruitment processes, partner with hiring managers, and develop sourcing plans to attract top talent.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop effective sourcing plans, improve processes, negotiate offers, and close positions.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Select appropriate sources of hiring, including internal and external channels, and ensure a suitable number of quality profiles are sourced.
  • Negotiate salary fitment for selected candidates across levels, ensuring fair compensation.
  • Foster relationships with hiring managers and set them up for success in their roles during the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve department and company-wide hiring goals.
  • Provide feedback to peers and leadership, enabling the talent team to continuously improve and meet objectives.
  • Closely monitor open positions and ensure timely closure within service level agreements (SLAs) through coordination and follow-up.
  • Represent the company as a brand ambassador during recruitment activities, promoting our culture and values to potential candidates.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes and provide insights to the business on recruitment performance, time-to-hire, and quality of hires.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree + MBA in HR or relevant field.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • Strong communication skills, including negotiation, and integrity.
  • Proactive problem-solving approach is essential.
