About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a Strategic Talent Acquisition Leader to join our team in Mumbai/Bengaluru/Pune. The role involves developing and implementing a comprehensive campus talent strategy to meet our hiring needs. You will lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters, ensuring they are equipped with necessary tools and resources to succeed.
You will partner with leadership to understand our strategic goals and align talent acquisition efforts accordingly. This includes overseeing the full campus process lifecycle, from pre-placement and assessments to interviews and making hiring decisions.
As a key member of our recruitment team, you will build strong employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance our reputation as an employer of choice. You will utilize data and metrics to analyze hiring trends, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
To be successful in this role, you should have 6+ years of experience in campus hiring, knowledge of early career hiring best practices, and industry trends. Experience managing a team of recruiters and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Strong project management and organizational skills, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, are also required.
What We OfferAs a Strategic Talent Acquisition Leader at Fractal, you can expect a competitive salary of approximately ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 per annum, depending on your location and experience. We offer a hybrid work model, allowing you to balance work and personal life effectively.
