Job Description
We are seeking a Strategic Talent Acquisition Leader to play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across various functions to fuel our growth. This individual will oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, and work closely with hiring managers to ensure a seamless experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding for roles across functions such as engineering, product, marketing, and operations.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates through various channels (e.g., social media, job boards, networking, referrals).
- Deliver a high-quality experience for all candidates, ensuring clear communication, timely feedback, and a positive representation of the company brand.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring needs, create job descriptions, and establish recruitment timelines.
- Contribute to the company's employer branding efforts by developing engaging recruitment content, attending networking events, and sharing company culture stories.
- Utilize data and metrics to track recruitment performance, analyze trends, and continuously improve hiring processes.
- Drive initiatives to attract diverse talent and create an inclusive hiring process that aligns with the company's D&I goals.
- Stay updated on hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and best practices within the startup ecosystem to keep a competitive edge in attracting top talent.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong track record in high-growth startups.
- Proven expertise in sourcing and hiring across various functions, especially in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with stakeholders and manage expectations effectively.
- Data-driven mindset with an understanding of recruitment analytics and metrics.
Salary and Benefits
