We are seeking an experienced Head of Enterprise Sales Solutions to drive business growth and lead our sales team in the region. With a strong background in direct sales experience, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets.

As a seasoned sales professional, you will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with CxO level executives and build strong relationships with key clients. Your expertise in IT sales and solutions will enable you to navigate complex sales cycles and close deals effectively.

We require a candidate with 10-15 years of direct sales experience in IT services/solutions with large corporate/enterprise clients. A graduate degree (Engineering/Science preferred) + MBA is essential. Proficiency in English, Hindi, and local language is necessary.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting sales numbers, with a strong network of CXO/CXO-1 level connections in the IT teams of large private enterprises in the defined territory. They should also be able to grasp a basic understanding of technology solutions and project same for starting conversations with clients.
