Sales Leadership Manager for Workspace Growth

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Leadership Manager to spearhead workspace sales efforts at BHIVE Workspace. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, leading a team of Business Development Managers, and developing strategies to optimize inbound lead conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 3-5 Business Development Managers, setting clear objectives and performance expectations.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive workspace sales, including inside sales, small-ticket offerings, and day passes.
- Collaborate with channel partners to generate new business opportunities and enhance sales outcomes.
- Design and implement campaigns tailored to retail clients, maximizing workspace occupancy.
- Lead efforts to renew existing workspace contracts and expand client accounts.
- Oversee all aspects of deal negotiations, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and company policies.
Requirements:
- 8-12 years of experience in retail or inside sales, with exposure to small-ticket seat sales and day pass sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team success.
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM tools is a plus.
