Seeking a motivated Business Development and Growth Specialist to oversee workspace sales efforts, driving sales growth and client satisfaction.

Job Description:The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in retail or inside sales, with exposure to small-ticket seat sales and day pass sales. Experience working with channel partners is required, and familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM tools is a plus. Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development: Develop and execute strategies to drive workspace sales, including inside sales, small-ticket offerings, and day passes.
- Lead Management: Attend to allocated leads in a timely manner and ensure effective lead management by updating the CRM at every stage of the sales cycle.
- Channel Partner Coordination: Work closely with channel partners to generate leads and drive retail sales.
- Client Walk-throughs: Conduct walk-throughs for clients at various centres and coordinate with the Customer Success team to ensure smooth and informative client visits.
