About the Role

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum (estimated salary)

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead daily business operations and drive revenue growth. As a pivotal member of our team, you will be responsible for directing sales strategies, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales pipeline development.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a strong analytical mindset. They will also possess industry knowledge, CRM software proficiency, and Microsoft Office Suite expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead top-line business growth through strategic planning and execution
  • Drive corporate client acquisitions, revenue targets, and strategic tie-ups
  • Negotiate and close contracts with large clients
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, suggesting improvements as needed
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable institution
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Head or National Head of Sales
  • Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills
