Job Summary:

We are currently seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Director to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading enterprise accounts within the technology industry, driving B2B sales strategy, growing revenue, and wowing our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive B2B sales strategy, growing revenue, and wowing our clients.
  • Manage mid to large enterprise accounts and bring in sales.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans tailored to the technology industry.
  • Analyze data to assess the effectiveness of HR consulting services within the technology sector.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute strategic account plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have proven experience in senior sales leadership roles, specifically in B2B enterprise sales. They will also possess excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and on a team across multiple interventions.

Salary:

₹25-30 lakhs per annum, depending on experience.
