**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled SaaS-Based B2B Fintech Professional to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for developing and executing account plans to maximize partner engagement, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute account plans to maximize partner engagement, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders at partner companies
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless partner integration and alignment of goals
**Requirements:**
- Experience in account management, partnership management, or business development roles within the fintech, financial services or technology industry
- Deep understanding of embedded finance, marketplace dynamics, and the broader fintech ecosystem
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with senior executives
**Estimated Salary:** ₹1,800,000 - ₹2,500,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
