**About the Role:**

The Senior Enterprise Sales Manager is responsible for establishing relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their needs, and communicating the value proposition of our products and services. With excellent communication and negotiation skills, you'll be able to build strong partnerships and drive business results. Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Head, this role requires you to be proactive, results-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Extensive travel is required for this role, so if you're not comfortable with frequent travel, this might not be the best fit.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire targeted high turnover clients

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers

- Communicate the value proposition of our products and services to potential clients

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities

**What will make you successful?**

You'll need to have a proven track record of sales success, with a minimum of 6 years of experience in B2B sales. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential, along with a strong understanding of the financial industry. A degree in finance or a related field would be beneficial, but not necessary. What sets you apart from others is your passion for sales, your ability to think creatively, and your willingness to take calculated risks.
