Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Fintech Partnership Development Specialist to join our team. This role involves identifying and onboarding new marketplace partners aligned with our embedded finance vision. The successful candidate will leverage their industry knowledge to establish a diverse network of partners or lenders that enhance our platform's value proposition.
About You
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A deep understanding of embedded finance, marketplace dynamics, and the broader fintech ecosystem.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with senior executives and build lasting relationships.
- A strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with SaaS-based platforms and API-driven products is a must.
- Ability to travel as needed for partner meetings and industry events.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Technology.
- An MBA or relevant postgraduate degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in account management, partnership management, or business development roles within the fintech, financial services or technology industry.
Salary Estimate
This role comes with an estimated salary of $120,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
