We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our enterprise accounts within the technology industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving B2B sales strategy, growing revenue, and managing mid to large enterprise accounts.

About You
You should have proven experience in senior sales leadership roles, specifically in B2B enterprise sales. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills are also crucial for success in this position. Additionally, proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite is required.

Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and target new enterprise prospects.
- Develop account growth strategies in collaboration with the sales and solutions team, focusing on technology trends.
- Establish and nurture relationships with CXOs to understand their strategic goals and align HR solutions with their objectives.
- Stay updated on technology industry trends, innovations, and market developments to provide informed insights to technology clients.
