Job Description- Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies that drive business growth, ensuring effective partnerships with key retail partners.
- Promotions & Merchandising: Plan and implement trade promotions and in-store activations to enhance brand visibility and sales performance.
- Data Analysis: Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement and inform business decisions.
- Qualifications: A Master's degree or 1 year of experience in FMCG sales (offline channel preferred).
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, proficiency in MS Office, and willingness to travel as needed.
