About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to join our team and contribute to the company's success. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple large customer accounts, identifying sales opportunities, and implementing defined sales strategies to achieve M+H revenue targets and service goals.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing day-to-day sales activities for a group of customers within MHXX to maintain long-term relationships
- Identifying sales opportunities and implementing defined sales strategies for key accounts to achieve revenue targets
- Visting new and existing customers, consulting on market-relevant products, and providing product training and workshops
- Monitoring sales performance, receiving feedback on critical issues, and directing customers to achieve their goals
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A university degree in Business Administration or equivalent field of education
- 5-6+ years of Automotive work experience in the aftermarket sector, preferably with channel Management/Dealer Handling experience
- Business acumen, customer orientation, organization and coordination skills, self-initiative, and ability to work under pressure
We offer a competitive salary of around €80,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
