Role Overview

In this role as an Inside Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for selling Dell's products and services while focusing on developing new accounts and expanding existing ones. You will support the field sales leader while working effectively in a team environment towards goals.

About the Job

You will manage a high number of small accounts and occasionally support Outside sales. To excel in this role, you should have basic knowledge of the full range of company and third-party technology, products and services, and how these products and services align to customer needs.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of small accounts and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the sales process.
