Role Responsibilities

">
  • As a Key Account Sales Professional, you will be responsible for educating dealers about Casantro's product portfolio, including shutters, kitchen and wardrobe solutions, and onboard them to drive sales growth.">
  • You will build and manage key accounts with architects and interior designers to generate business and ensure high levels of trade engagement and product awareness.">
  • In this role, you will conduct promotional activities from time to time to develop market adoption of Casantro products and leverage AID networks to achieve sales revenue targets.">
  • You will collaborate with category and cross-functional teams to gather market feedback and contribute to the development of new products and services.">

Requirements

">
  • We are seeking a graduate with at least 6 years of experience or a postgraduate with at least 3 years of experience in handling architect relations.">
  • A strong network within the architect and interior designer community is essential for success in this role.">
  • Prior experience working with the AID community for interior industry brands such as Hacker, Nolte, Hettich, Saint Gobain, Rehau, Royal Touche, and others is highly desirable.">
  • You should possess an insatiable hunger for success and sales excellence, with a proven track record of overachieving sales revenue targets.">

Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this role is ₹25,00,000 - ₹35,00,000 based on your qualifications and experience.
