BabyMD is a pioneering pediatric healthcare chain that provides holistic wellness solutions through our physical clinics & telemedicine. With 2 clinics in operation, we are expanding to launch 4 more clinics in the next 3 months.

Job Overview

We seek an experienced Offline Growth/Sales Manager to drive partnerships, execute campaigns, and manage activations for BabyMD's child healthcare services in schools, societies, and pharmacies across Bengaluru. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential for successful outreach initiatives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Drive Offline Business - Enhance clinic growth through offline sales channels, impacting Business P&L directly.
  • School Activations: Develop relationships with schools and manage health camps, awareness programs, and presentations to school authorities.
  • Society Activations: Engage residential societies for health camps, vaccination drives, and lead tracking for conversions.
  • Pharmacy Activations: Partner with pharmacies for promotions, referrals, and increasing patient footfall through activations.
  • Other Experiments: Explore new engagement avenues with doctors, corporate partnerships, and other stakeholders.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-8 years of experience in sales, business development, or activations, preferably in healthcare or education.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing partnerships.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Estimated salary: ₹80,000 - ₹1,20,000 per month (dependent on experience).
