We're seeking a talented Growth Hacker Intern to join our team at The Growth Square - Personal Branding Agency.

Role Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with booking client meetings through personalized messages and managing follow-up sequences. They will also conduct A/B testing on messaging scripts, utilize tools like Apollo and Expandi for outreach, and experiment with new ideas to improve meeting booking rates.

About the Role:

This internship is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are creative, adaptable, and eager to learn and try new approaches. As a Growth Hacker Intern, you will work closely with our sales team to identify potential clients, segment prospects, prepare for outreach campaigns, coordinate new client meetings and follow-ups, and assist in data analysis for A/B testing.

Responsibilities:

  • Craft and manage outreach campaigns (1 initial + 4 follow-ups)
  • Conduct A/B testing on messaging scripts
  • Utilize tools like Apollo and Expandi for outreach
  • Experiment with new ideas to improve meeting booking rates
  • Learn from provided resources to enhance skills

Requirements:

  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Familiarity with and interest in sales
  • Eagerness to learn and try new approaches
  • Basic understanding of data analysis for A/B testing

Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.
