Growth Hacker Role at MagickWoods Limited

We are seeking a highly skilled Growth Hacker to join our team at MagickHome, a venture of MagickWoods Limited. As a strategic partner to the Head of E-commerce, you will focus on identifying and scaling key growth levers for the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Head of E-commerce to design and implement a robust growth roadmap
  • Identify new channels, tactics, and opportunities to fuel user growth and engagement
  • Drive the "zero-to-one" growth phase by launching initiatives focused on customer acquisition, retention, and scalability
  • Work closely with the product and tech teams to enhance the customer journey across the website and mobile experiences
  • Analyze data to validate growth strategies, identify trends, and make data-backed decisions for rapid iteration
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing, performance marketing, UX and product teams to align growth efforts
  • Identify and establish key partnerships that can drive brand awareness and growth

Experience:

We are looking for a candidate with 3-10 years of experience in growth hacking, product growth, or customer retention, preferably in e-commerce or a high-growth environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Engineering/Management degree from Tier 1 colleges
  • Experience in e-commerce or D2C brands
  • Proven track record in scaling early-stage companies
