Strategic Partner Growth Manager for Global Enterprises

We are seeking an exceptional Strategic Partner Growth Manager to lead our global partnerships with top System Integrators. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business growth strategies that drive mutual success with our partners.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have 10+ years of experience in partner management and sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales objectives and driving accurate forecasting of partner business. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with our GSI partners, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic joint business plans to drive growth.
You will work closely with our global teams, including GSI Leaders, Enterprise Architects, and Regional Leadership teams, to execute our strategy and ensure seamless delivery of solutions to our clients. Your ability to negotiate, problem-solve, and communicate effectively will be essential in this role.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute global strategic joint business plans that drive all aspects of the partner relationship, including executive interlocks, business development, enablement, certification plans, partner marketing, and solution development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior management at our GSI partners, ensuring alignment on business goals and strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop targeted industry market plans to drive growth.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to deliver scalable practices and COE engagements influencing global business.
- Drive alliance operational rigor, consistency, and business review governance with HCL Software and senior partner stakeholders.
- 10+ years of experience in partner management and sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales objectives and driving accurate forecasting of partner business.
- Strong business and technology expertise in partner management domain.
- Experience working on multi-platform integration involving large Cross Sell/Upsell Sales motion.
- Ability to manage Large book of business and build scalable growth through joint Account engagements and multi-Solution penetration approach at Platform and Practice levels.
HCL Software offers a competitive salary range of $180,000 - $220,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development. Travel is required across India and internationally.
