About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic Growth Partner to join our dynamic team at Blitz Academy. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the education industry, and a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and potential students/clients in the education and training sector, building and maintaining strong relationships with them to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Performance: Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company by negotiating contracts and closing deals.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and competitive activities, providing valuable insights to inform effective marketing strategies.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the EdTech industry.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Good understanding of the education industry.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
What We Offer

In this role, you can expect a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, collaborating with a talented team to drive business growth and success.
