We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our Direct Sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and onboard Enterprise seller accounts on the Amazon.in marketplace.

The ideal candidate has a background in Enterprise account management and can thrive in fast-paced environments. You should be able to develop business strategies, implement account-level initiatives, and drive growth plans to deliver success for both Enterprise Sellers and Amazon.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Business Development: Contribute to business strategy development, identify target Enterprise accounts, align stakeholders, and onboard accounts for selling on Amazon.
  • Business Growth: Drive complex metrics to deliver quicker growth, improve End-customer and Enterprise experience, and enable scalability of business in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Relationship Management: Build and cultivate strong relationships with Enterprises and internal stakeholders, acting as a team-player, trusted advisor, and business advocate.
  • Process Excellence: Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and key metrics to contribute to feature and program development that accelerates Enterprise account growth and improves collaboration with Amazon.

A day-to-day focus includes achieving revenue goals by driving strategic conversations, working backwards from account acquisition targets, and implementing growth strategies for assigned Enterprise accounts.

You will execute account-level KPIs/metrics by focusing on marketplace brand presence, leveraging channels for faster delivery, developing Ads strategies, and improving selection quality that generates sales orders. Additionally, you will use category expertise to forecast business, drive Enterprise engagements, and act as an internal Voice-of-Enterprise to influence Marketplace policies and products.

This role would be part of the Direct Sales team, responsible for onboarding and growth of marque Brands and Brand partners as direct sellers onto Amazon marketplace.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 4+ years of sales experience
  • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience meeting revenue targets and quotas
  • Experience in e-commerce
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization

Estimated salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹2,400,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
