Strategic Enterprise Growth Manager, Amazon Business Solutions

Job DescriptionWe're seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Bengaluru, KA, IND. As a key customer-facing representative, you'll play a crucial role in developing go-to-market strategies and account management plans within enterprise verticals.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute industry vertical-specific go-to-market strategies, including solution/product development and services direction.
- Own all facets of the sales process for large, complex strategic accounts within assigned industries.
- Pipeline ownership and lead sourcing through understanding industry themes, customer priorities, and AB positioning.
- Engage with CXOs to build demand pipeline and drive execution to deliver topline revenue for Amazon Business.
- Represent the Voice of Customer by working cross-functionally with marketing, sales operations, professional services, and product/tech teams.
- 5+ years of Enterprise or Institutional sales experience in dealing with senior stakeholders/CXOs in large enterprises, managing complex negotiations.
- MBA from a Tier I B-School.
- Strong communication skills, including writing compelling, concise documents.
- Proven analytical skills and ability to influence people both internally and externally.
- Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay/eProcurement and Tender-Processes at large enterprises.
Estimated salary: ₹25 lakhs per annum. We offer a competitive compensation package, including benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for career growth.
