Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Bengaluru, KA, IND. As a key customer-facing representative, you'll play a crucial role in developing go-to-market strategies and account management plans within enterprise verticals.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute industry vertical-specific go-to-market strategies, including solution/product development and services direction.
  2. Own all facets of the sales process for large, complex strategic accounts within assigned industries.
  3. Pipeline ownership and lead sourcing through understanding industry themes, customer priorities, and AB positioning.
  4. Engage with CXOs to build demand pipeline and drive execution to deliver topline revenue for Amazon Business.
  5. Represent the Voice of Customer by working cross-functionally with marketing, sales operations, professional services, and product/tech teams.
Requirements:
  1. 5+ years of Enterprise or Institutional sales experience in dealing with senior stakeholders/CXOs in large enterprises, managing complex negotiations.
  2. MBA from a Tier I B-School.
  3. Strong communication skills, including writing compelling, concise documents.
  4. Proven analytical skills and ability to influence people both internally and externally.
  5. Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay/eProcurement and Tender-Processes at large enterprises.
Compensation & Benefits
