About Sociofy Enterprise:

Sociofy Enterprise is a social commerce marketplace that allows suppliers to sell their products to end customers via resellers in over 20,000 pin codes across 2,000 locations. Resellers, who are often housewives, temporary workers, or students, help the company target Tier II and III markets. Sociofy Enterprise was acquired by Amazon in April 2022. We target to grow with focus on long-term sustainability in the next few years. This is a unique opportunity to build for Bharat and be part of the rocketship.

About the Role:

The candidate will work on driving business-critical programs in the Operations function within Sociofy Enterprise. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales/operations with a focus on driving operational rigor, possess exceptional data analytical skills and communications skills, and have a consistent track record delivering results. He/she should be able to think strategically and analytically about the business and market opportunities and challenges. He/she should have the ability to work cross-organizationally to drive consensus and results. He/she will have a keen sense of ownership, drive, and desire to win.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Weekly Performance Analysis:

  • Conduct weekly analysis of logistics operations, ensuring smooth 3PL logistics coordination.
  • Identify opportunities for optimization and cost-effectiveness.

3PL Logistics Handling:

  • Collaborate with third-party logistics providers (3PL) to ensure seamless operations.
  • Monitor and evaluate 3PL performance, addressing issues promptly.

Daily Operations Report:

  • Generate and analyze daily operational reports, providing insights to enhance efficiency.
  • Communicate key operational metrics to relevant teams.
