Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Benefits Operations Administrator to join our team at Amazon Dev Center India - Hyderabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality benefits administration operations, focusing on equity-stock compensation, health, and retirement programs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management and Communications

    • Review and audit reports related to Employee Stock Plan/Health/Pension benefits, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
    • Manage program stakeholders to ensure effective administration of the benefit program.
    • Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate data and reports.
    • Ensure all assigned processes are completed on time and in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

  • Process Improvement and Problem-Solving

    • Identify customer-impacting issues and implement solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
    • Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), process maps, and SIPOC documents.
    • Investigate discrepancies and recommend solutions to improve process efficiency.

  • Program Performance and Compliance

    • Track and measure program performance using regular analysis of key program metrics and benchmarking studies.
    • Collaborate with internal Benefits Finance, Legal, and Global Compliance teams, as well as external vendors, to ensure program compliance with Amazon's legal and scope-of-work responsibilities.

    Requirements

    • BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

      • 2+ years of human resources experience.
      • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
      • Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or a related field.

    • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

      • 2+ years of experience in human resources functions.
      • Knowledge of HRIS or Applicant Tracking Systems is preferred.
      • Experience with Payroll Systems, HRIS.
