About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Strategic Growth Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, sales, and marketing. The role involves driving offline sales growth, building relationships with schools and residential societies, and exploring new engagement avenues. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Offline Sales: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales through offline channels such as clinics, schools, and residential societies.
- Lead Generation & Reporting: Generate leads, track key metrics, and provide performance reports with improvement suggestions.
- Lead Conversion: Follow up and convert leads into business opportunities.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing, preferably in healthcare or education.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing partnerships.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Estimated Salary: ₹30,00,000 - ₹40,00,000 per annum.
