Strategic Growth Executive Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Growth Executive to drive business growth by identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities for our technical services.

**Responsibilities Include:**

  • Developing and executing strategic business plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identifying, qualifying, developing, and closing new opportunities for technical services.
  • Managing the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, proposal creation, negotiations, and deal closure.

**Requirements:**

  • 8-10 years of experience in business development or sales within the IT services industry.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
