About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team. As a Strategic Growth Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and ensuring smooth operations for our stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities

  • Strategic Relationship Building

You will identify and build relationships with potential partners, clients, and institutions in the education financing space. This will involve maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing stakeholders to foster loyalty and long-term engagement.

Market Research and Analysis

You will conduct market research to identify emerging trends, business opportunities, and competitor activities. You will provide insights and recommendations to inform business strategies.

Lead Generation

You will develop and implement strategies to generate leads, expand market reach, and increase revenue. This will involve conducting presentations and meetings with potential partners to showcase offerings.

Managing Schedules

You will manage and organize calendars, appointments, and meetings for the business development team. You will ensure all client and partner interactions are scheduled and conducted on time.

Handling Communications

You will serve as a primary point of contact for business inquiries, handling calls, emails, and other communications. You will screen and filter requests, assess urgency, and facilitate communication with internal teams or external stakeholders.

Document Preparation

You will prepare and edit proposals, presentations, contracts, and reports for business development purposes. You will collect data from various stakeholders to prepare comprehensive reports and action plans.

Researching and Organizing Data

You will conduct research and organize data to support decision-making processes in business development initiatives. You will maintain a repository of market insights, leads, and partner details for easy reference.

Meeting Coordination

You will record, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings with clients, partners, and internal teams. You will ensure follow-ups on action items and deliverables discussed during meetings.

Maintaining Records

You will maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, agreements, and communications in the CRM. You will ensure all documents and records comply with company policies and are easily retrievable.

Collaboration Across Teams

You will work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align strategies and ensure seamless execution. You will coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure client and partner needs are met effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. You will also require proven experience in business development, or a similar role, preferably in the education financing or financial services sector. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential, as is excellent verbal and written communication ability.

A proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software is necessary, along with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships are also required. An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends and data, combined with proactive problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, will make you a strong candidate for this position.
