Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Growth Leader - Sales to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
Responsibilities- Maximize sales team potential by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Craft sales plans and present them to senior management for approval.
- Achieve growth targets by successfully managing and mentoring the sales team.
- Design and implement business plans that expand our customer base and increase our market share.
- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales representatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and partnership.
- Present regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
- Monitor market trends, emerging markets, and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- A strong understanding of sales strategies, tactics, and metrics.
- The ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
We offer a competitive salary of $95,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
