Key Account Growth Manager

We are seeking an Operations Excellence Leader to join ZealCross Private Limited, driving exceptional patient experience in healthcare. The candidate will be responsible for managing operations to ensure elevated experience for patients, and should be comfortable working with dashboards and communicating with customers regarding any questions. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, a quick learner, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with hospital billing and insurance teams to ensure timely payment and proper documentation of all claims.
- Manage dashboards in hospitals, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Communicate with hospital billing and insurance teams to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth operations and a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement operational strategies with the founders.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in a related role.
- Experience in working in sales teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Familiarity with healthcare billing and insurance practices is preferred.
