Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Customer Success Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of building and maintaining key relationships, driving business growth through strategic account planning, and providing exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned key accounts to drive business growth and increase customer satisfaction.
- Create and execute strategic account plans to identify new business opportunities and improve existing relationships.
- Analyze account performance and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and exceptional client satisfaction.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in key account management, a strong understanding of e-commerce and related industries, and excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in English and Kannada is required, and experience in strategic planning and account management is highly desired.
