Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Customer Success Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of building and maintaining key relationships, driving business growth through strategic account planning, and providing exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned key accounts to drive business growth and increase customer satisfaction.
  2. Create and execute strategic account plans to identify new business opportunities and improve existing relationships.
  3. Analyze account performance and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and exceptional client satisfaction.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in key account management, a strong understanding of e-commerce and related industries, and excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in English and Kannada is required, and experience in strategic planning and account management is highly desired.
