Key Accounts Business Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Key Accounts Business Growth Manager to join our team at Savvy Search. This is an exciting opportunity to drive sales growth in the power solutions industry.
About the Role:- Collaborate with Mahindra team and dealers to promote the Powerol brand, identifying opportunities for business expansion.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales in designated territories through effective dealer engagement and support.
- Generate and convert inquiries, while preparing monthly business plans that align with company goals.
- Understand customer needs and design promotional campaigns to drive revenue growth.
- Train dealer staff on sales standards, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Analyze competitor performance and manage dealer stock levels to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Liaise with retail finance companies and service dealers to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular MIS reports on sales and inquiries to inform business decisions.
- Degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical/Mechanical) or MBA, demonstrating strong academic credentials.
- A minimum of 3-6 years of experience in channel sales, preferably within the power tools, electrical components, HVAC, or related industries.
- A proven sales track record and market knowledge, showcasing ability to drive business growth.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for data analysis and presentation.
