Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Account Growth Specialist to join our team at Grid Dynamics. In this role, you will be responsible for growing our customer base and driving revenue growth in India.

About the Position:

  • Develop and execute a strategic account plan to grow revenue and expand our customer base in India.
  • Meet with potential clients and build relationships to identify new business opportunities.
  • Manage multiple customer accounts and provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Five or more years of experience in managing sales in a corporate setting.
  • Hands-on experience working with GCC.
  • Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Superb leadership ability.

Estimated Salary: ₹22 lakhs - ₹35 lakhs per annum.
