Job Title: Account Growth Specialist

About the Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Account Growth Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for proactively identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and demonstrating how companies can solve their unique compliance challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities in North America's SMB market.
  • Leverage strong prospecting skills and deep understanding of the market to build relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts.
  • Close deals from SMB AMER market with an Annual Contract Value of 5-15K ARR & carrying an annual quota of 400K.

Requirements:

  • 4 -8 years of sales experience in the SaaS industry, preferably as an Account Executive or a similar role.
  • Minimum 3 years of hunting/new closer/new logo/closer/new client acquisition (AE, Sales Manager).
  • Previous experience of at least 2 years handling North America as a territory must have sold to SMB with high-velocity sales.
  • Experience in advanced sales methodologies like MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, Sandler, etc is a plus.
