Your Role:

We're seeking an Account Growth Specialist to own the end-to-end renewal process, working closely with customers to understand their evolving needs and ensuring a smooth renewal experience.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Owning and executing outbound efforts to generate expansion opportunities
  • Collaborating with the customer success team to maximize account value
  • Providing accurate and timely forecasts of renewal and expansion revenue
  • Generating regular reports on account health, identifying areas for improvement and growth

Requirements:

  • 9+ years of experience in direct sales as an Account Executive in customer success/account management or a related field within the tech industry
  • Proven track record of managing client accounts and driving revenue growth
  • Experience in managing a portfolio of clients and meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Demonstrated ability to identify sales opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals

Salary:$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
