Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Account Growth Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with clients who use our ServiceNow platform, ensuring client satisfaction, driving adoption, and identifying opportunities for expansion and upselling.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with clients who use the ServiceNow platform.
- Ensure client satisfaction by proactively addressing any issues or concerns.
- Identify opportunities to expand the usage of the ServiceNow platform within the client organization.
- Upsell additional products, modules, or services to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop account strategies and execute on them.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in a similar role, preferably in the IT service management industry.
