Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Distributor Account Growth Specialist to join our team in Bangalore. As a Distributor Account Growth Specialist, you will work closely with our channel partners to identify and qualify new business opportunities and drive sales growth and revenue expansion.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with distributor managers and other key stakeholders
  • Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities with channel partners
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and revenue expansion

About the Role

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will be working closely with senior leaders to develop and execute strategies that drive business growth and revenue expansion.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of ₹12,00,000 - ₹17,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2-3 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in a channel sales or business development role
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue expansion through strategic partnerships
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
