Job Title: Strategic Account Growth Specialist

Location: Bangalore

Estimated Salary:

₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients in the BFSI space in India
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure, ensuring seamless onboarding
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, leveraging CRM tools and data insights
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with senior stakeholders (CXOs, VPs, and department heads)
  • Understand client needs and challenges, offering tailored solutions to maximize customer success

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 7+ years in enterprise B2B sales, specifically selling enterprise solutions to BFSI clients in India
  • Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • A well-established network of decision-makers in the BFSI industry
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
