Job Title: Strategic Account Growth SpecialistLocation: Bangalore
Estimated Salary:₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum
Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients in the BFSI space in India
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure, ensuring seamless onboarding
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, leveraging CRM tools and data insights
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with senior stakeholders (CXOs, VPs, and department heads)
- Understand client needs and challenges, offering tailored solutions to maximize customer success
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years in enterprise B2B sales, specifically selling enterprise solutions to BFSI clients in India
- Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- A well-established network of decision-makers in the BFSI industry
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
