We are looking for a Strategic Growth Specialist to drive business growth and expansion in the waste management industry. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with experience in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market segmentation, targeting, and strategic positioning of project requirements
- Identify new and upcoming business opportunities in the waste management industry
- Utilize various sources, including industry publications, market reports, and networking events, to gather leads
- Compile and consolidate a healthy pipeline of leads in alignment with project goals and outcomes
Requirements:
- Graduate/Masters in Sales and Marketing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to conduct market research and analyze data
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Salary: ₹1,000,000 - ₹1,400,000 per annum
