Amazon Advertising Account Growth Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated Account Growth Specialist to join our talented team at Amazon Advertising. This role will partner with Sales and other internal stakeholders to drive advertiser success.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about understanding business drivers for performance, the range of Amazon products available to advertisers, and engaging with internal partners to deliver results. Key responsibilities include:
- Becoming an expert on Amazon solutions and adapting recommendations based on advertiser needs
- Optimizing campaign performance to fulfill advertiser goals
- Conducting in-depth data analysis to develop actionable insights and recommendations for campaigns
- Working cross-functionally with Sales and other Amazon partners to deliver towards business goals
To succeed in this role, you should have 5+ years of experience in online advertising, preferably as an Account or Campaign Manager at a publisher, media planner at an agency, or similar. You should also possess strong communication skills in English (written and verbal), a university degree with an emphasis in Management, Marketing, Advertising, or Business, and confidence in analyzing number-based reports and using MS Office (especially Excel).
In addition, we prefer candidates with an MBA or related Master's degree, passion for online advertising, and experience interpreting data and making business recommendations. Experience in e-commerce, retail, or advertising is also desirable. Our ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and have excellent attention to detail.
