About the Role
">We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our team at Amazon. This is a unique opportunity to drive growth and success for Small and Medium-sized Businesses (SMBs) on Amazon through effective advertising solutions.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Owning advertiser product adoption, Ad revenue adoption, and seller success goals, with top-line and P&L responsibility.">
- Building scaled-initiatives using a multi-channel approach, leveraging automated Ad campaign recommendation tools, partnerships with other seller-facing Amazon teams, and more.">
- Determining the long-term strategy for growth and driving end-to-end execution.">
- Combining insights from large data with firsthand insights to define need-based segments.">
- Scaling and setting up automated/semi-automated processes that work at scale to accelerate growth of SMB advertisers.">
- Leveraging partner teams to drive account management excellence and unlock incremental value in Ads Revenue.">
- Periodically monitoring and reviewing performance and taking corrective actions.">
About the Team
">The Advertising team is a strategic bet for Amazon, with one of the fastest-growing business units within Amazon India. As a member of the 'Growth Customer Sales [GCS]' team, you will work with lakhs of SMB sellers on Amazon.in to build their brand presence using Amazon Ads.
">Basic Qualifications:
">- ">
- 4+ years of B2B sales experience.">
- 7+ years of selling cost-per-click advertising (search engine marketing) experience.">
- Experience building customer relationships.">
- MBA.">
Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional programs or advertising campaigns from concept to completion.">
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements.">
