Digital Advertising Growth Manager, Amazon

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Advertising Growth Manager to join our team at Amazon. This role will be based in an inclusive employer environment that values diversity and supports the LGBTQ+ community.
In this position, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop a team of advertising specialists who work with large and growth advertising customers worldwide. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the team and set the ways of working for them, ensuring they are equipped to provide exceptional service to our clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Hiring and onboarding new team members
- Managing, coaching, and mentoring a team of advertising specialists
- Setting team dynamics and SOPs, including defining scorecards aligned with Advertising Sales teams
- Supporting performance objectives, tracking performance, and providing regular feedback to team members
- Identifying training needs and implementing upskilling initiatives
- Providing onboarding and one-on-one support to the team
- Monitoring team productivity and quality of work, and implementing process improvements
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent people leadership skills, rigorous execution skills, and a collaborative mindset. You should also have great attention to detail, solid deep dive ability, strong judgment skills, and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
A day in the life of this role may involve building and scaling programs to eliminate barriers to advertiser success and help grow their business. You will coach ad success specialists to develop advertising solutions that deliver high impact and define metrics to improve advertising solutions.
About the Team: The Advertiser Success Team has functional expertise in campaign optimization, account management, market analysis, and program management. We work with advertisers, account managers, account executives, and product and program managers to champion customer voices in the organization and influence product roadmaps.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders
- 3+ years of people and performance management experience
- Experience in digital advertising and client-facing roles with a focus on data analysis
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year. Benefits include a comprehensive health insurance package, 401(k) matching, and generous paid time off.
