Senior Business Development Manager for Digital Advertising

Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager for Digital Advertising
Estimated Salary: ₹1,500,000 - ₹2,500,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
About the Role:
The Senior Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in cultivating new partnerships and driving revenue growth for emerging digital advertising products via partners. This includes managing the entire process from end-to-end, encompassing market research, evaluating new partnership opportunities, conducting outreach, negotiating agreements, and ensuring seamless execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop a scaled engagement charter for the Amazon Ads Partner Network (AAPN) on both the supply and demand sides, enabling partners on Ads and driving advertiser adoption of partner services.
• Establish scaled-initiatives to onboard qualified third-party agencies on AAPN, leveraging their expertise in Amazon Ad products, tools, and best practices around advertising.
• Design and launch programs to educate AAPN registered partners about Amazon Ad products, tools, and best practices, equipping them to drive success through scaled educational mechanisms.
• Set up automated or semi-automated programs that work at scale across the lifecycle of partner engagement, streamlining processes and enhancing efficiency.
• Manage a portfolio of Amazon Ads partners, influencing their tech and GTM strategy, educating them on the latest Amazon Ads products through various channels, and driving advertiser awareness and demand for partner services.
• Represent Amazon to C-Suite leaders at partner companies, fostering strong relationships and driving collaboration.
• Work cross-functionally across product, tech, sales, legal, and finance teams to drive initiatives and programs, ensuring seamless execution and innovation.
• Drive innovation to address opportunities for enhanced partner growth at scale, staying ahead of the competition in the dynamic digital advertising landscape.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of sales experience
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
- Experience in advertising, preferably in DSP/ad network sales
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and innovate
