We are looking for a visionary, results-driven leader to spearhead our sales efforts as the Sales Director for Digital Advertising Solutions at Buyhatke. Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute digital advertising sales strategies to meet company revenue goals, estimated at ₹30,00,000 per annum based on industry standards and market conditions in India.

- Client Acquisition & Management: Identify new business opportunities, acquire new clients, and manage existing client relationships. Build and maintain long-term partnerships with advertisers and media agencies in the Indian market.

- Market Analysis: Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide input for product and service development in the digital advertising space.

- Campaign Management: Collaborate with clients to create tailored digital advertising solutions and ensure the successful execution of ad campaigns across various platforms in India.

- Revenue Growth: Drive overall revenue by identifying and pursuing upselling opportunities with existing clients in the digital advertising industry in India.

- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to optimize digital advertising solutions and ensure alignment with business objectives in Buyhatke.

- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, forecasts, and client feedback for senior management in a timely and efficient manner.

Required Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in ad sales, preferably in digital advertising or media, with a strong understanding of the Indian market.

- Sales Acumen: Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the digital advertising industry in India.

- Client Relationships: Extensive network and experience in building strong relationships with advertisers, agencies, and brands in the Indian market.

- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends, sales data, and client needs to develop actionable strategies for digital advertising solutions.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders in the digital advertising industry in India.

- Negotiation: Strong negotiation and presentation skills to secure high-value contracts and partnerships in the digital advertising space in India.

- Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with ad tech platforms, CRM tools, and data-driven sales strategies to drive business growth in Buyhatke.
