About DIGISTART

We are a dynamic marketing team seeking an experienced Digital Advertising Strategist to join our ranks. As a specialist in online advertising, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms to drive targeted traffic, increase brand visibility, and achieve marketing goals.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and online advertising trends. With a minimum of 2 years of experience in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, you will develop and implement comprehensive digital advertising strategies based on business objectives and target audience.

Main Responsibilities

  • Campaign Strategy and Planning:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive digital advertising strategies for Google Ads and Meta Ads based on business objectives and target audience.
    • Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to inform campaign planning.
  • Campaign Setup and Execution:
    • Create and set up Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, including ad copywriting, creative development, and audience segmentation.
    • Utilize advanced targeting options and ad formats to maximize campaign effectiveness.
    • Implement conversion tracking and other relevant tracking mechanisms.
  • Budget Management:
    • Monitor and manage advertising budgets effectively to ensure optimal return on investment (ROI).
    • Regularly analyze and adjust bidding strategies to align with campaign objectives.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting:
    • Regularly analyze campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
    • Provide detailed and insightful performance reports, highlighting key metrics, trends, and recommendations.
  • A/B Testing and Optimization:
    • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve overall campaign performance.
    • Implement ongoing optimizations to improve ad relevance, quality score, and conversion rates.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and analytics teams, to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.
    • Communicate campaign performance, strategies, and recommendations to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Qualifications and Skills
    • Bachelor's degree in communications/media or related
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and online advertising trends.
    • Proficiency in utilizing Google Ads and Meta Ads interfaces and tools.
    • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills.
    • Certification in Google Ads and Meta Ads is a plus.
  • Compensation and Benefits
    • We offer a competitive salary of approximately ₹8 lakhs per annum.
    • Working Days: 6 days (Work From Office)
    • Immediate Joiners Preferred
    • Office Timings: 10 am to 6 pm
