Digital Advertising Manager

We are seeking a skilled Digital Advertising Manager to join our team at Havas Media India Pvt Ltd. This role will be responsible for developing and executing paid social media advertising campaigns across various platforms, managing budgets, analyzing ad performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in managing Paid Advertising, preferably in a digital marketing agency or e-commerce environment. They will be proficient in using advertising platforms such as Social Ads (META, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc), Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other PPC platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute paid social media advertising campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
- Create, manage, and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns across various platforms (UAC, Shopping Ads, Google Ads, Bing Ads).
- Develop and implement ad copy and landing page strategies to improve ad relevance and quality score.
- Monitor and control advertising budgets to ensure optimal allocation of resources and ROI.
- Track campaign expenses, analyze cost per acquisition (CPA), and adjust bids accordingly.
- Regularly review and analyze ad campaign performance using tools and metrics like Google Analytics and AdWords.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Craft compelling ad copy that drives click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates.
- Implement A/B testing methodologies to optimize ad creative and landing pages.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor advertising strategies.
- Identify opportunities to gain a competitive edge and propose new campaign ideas.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in managing Paid Advertising (Search, Social & Programmatic), preferably in a digital marketing agency or e-commerce environment.
- Proficiency in using advertising platforms such as Social Ads (META, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc), Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other PPC platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Adept at multitasking and managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Google Ads and Bing Ads certifications (preferred).
- Knowledge of remarketing and display advertising is a plus.
- An estimated salary of ₹8,00,000 - ₹12,00,000 per annum.
- A permanent contract type.
